For this special occasion, the PsK has proposed to the artist to work on theme of theTasche. In the Aristocratic Republic of Lucca, since 1604 until the French Revolu- tion, the Tasche were the elections of the supreme magistrates. The term Taschecomes from the bags or precisely the pockets (tasche) from which the names of the elected members were extracted. On these occasions, composers and musicians from Lucca were invited to produce three Tasche, or rather three festive composi- tions performed for three days, one per each day.
